16:10 resolutions are supported natively. But if your resolution is not supported natively, then :
Go to <gameDir> and edit SetupTool.ini with a text editor.
Look for these lines :
Mode=0
Type=0
SizeX=1280
SizeY=720
Make sure the first two vars are set to '0'. 'Mode=0' sets the game to fullscreen (as opposed to windowed, not as opposed to widescreen), and 'Type=0' sets the game to widescreen mode. Change the number to your resolution.
